We welcome interested parents to observe our program, by appointment. Please contact Sabrina Gentner-Albrecht or Lorelei van Peborgh at 530-546-7519 to schedule a date.

Those wishing to come see the school can do so as either an Observer, an adult without a child, or a Participant, an adult with a child.

Observers:             

• Keep yourself at the level of the children, by sitting on the floor with the group and sitting in a chair next to a child. 
• Keep yourself occupied; for example have a pad and pencil on your lap to write observations and/or questions, play next to a child with play dough or draw.
• Keep conversations with teachers to a minimum to avoid distraction from their duties.

Participants:

• Join the daily routine. 
• Help teachers with simple duties such as preparing snack, helping with hand-washing or “clean-up” before circle time. 
• Keep conversation with teachers to a minimum to avoid distraction from their duties. 

Questions will be answered after hours.
