Becoming a Member
and Enrolling in our Programs
To become a member and enroll in any of our programs please follow these steps:
1) Observe the program you’re interested in
with your child. (Call to make an observation
appointment 530-546-7519)
2) Fill out an application.
3) Talk or meet with a Director;
should there be a space for your child then:
4) Pay $100 application fee.
Applications are renewed annually at $50 per family.
5) Fill out paperwork.
Tuition and Parent Involvement
Parental involvement is key as “Parents are the first teachers!” The Co-op enables parents to be involved with their child’s education while providing social and educational experiences for them. We offer adult courses in child development to further pursue our commitment to parental involvement. See Parent Education for our schedule of Parent Classes.
Parents are committed to:
- Working in the Co-op with their child
- Attending a monthly meeting to support the growth of the Co-op, which includes a child development course
- Paying membership dues and tuition
- Obtaining a Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification
- Completing a fingerprint process for FBI background check
Pre School Morning Program:
- Five days per week - $2,000.00 per year.
Parent works once a week. - Two/three days per week (Family Share) - $1,000.00 per year. Parent works once every other week.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays - $1,050.00 per year.
Parent works once a month.
Science Afternoon Program (Wednesdays):
- This program only: $550.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year. - This program + 1 co-op program: $500.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year. - This program + 2 co-op programs: $450.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year.
Young Art Explorers Afternoon Program (Fridays):
- This program only: $550.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year.
- This program + 1 co-op program: $450.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year.
- This program + 2 co-op programs: $350.00 per year.
Parent works 6-8 days per school year.
Multi-Age Elementary Program:
- Five days per week
