Our Daily Schedule is structured, to provide educational experiences within the scope of developmental stages for children between the ages of 2-5.

Morning Program (2-5 years old)
9:00 a.m. - Co-op Opens
9:10 a.m. - Morning Circle Planning
9:15 a.m. - Open Play
10:00 a.m. - Structured Activity
10:30 a.m. - Snack
10:45 a.m. - Outside Play (weather permitting)
11:40 a.m. - Closing Circle Review
12:00 noon - Program Ends

Kindergarten Readiness
Afternoon Program (4-5 years old)
12:00 p.m. - Lunch
12:30 p.m. - Brush Teeth
12:45 p.m. - Circle
1:15 p.m. - Open Play
2:00 p.m. - Large Group/Stories
2:25 p.m. - Structured Activity
2:45 p.m. - Snack
3:00 p.m. - Outside Play (weather permitting)
3:30 p.m. - Co-op Closes

9:00 a.m. - Centers
12:00 p.m. - Lunch
12:30 p.m. - Extension Programs
3:00 p.m. - Program Ends

Open Play is for children to utilize their time to play freely in all areas of the house; reading room, imaginative room, group activity room.

Outside Play represents play ground time and may include a walking field trip.

Structured Activity is a specific content area of which parent/teachers facilitate.

Content Areas include Math, Science, Nutrition, Creative Play, and Music where children are provided daily opportunities to explore. In addition the Afternoon Program incorporates experiences in Memory Building, Journal Keeping, Pre-Literacy Skills, Spanish Songs & Stories and the Handwriting Without Tears Program.
